With almost 30 years’ experience in management, construction and engineering, Fabrizio is a well-known and respected industry leader within the built environment.
Passionate about setting high standards for quality and trust in the property development sector, Fabrizio was appointed as the NSW President of the Property Council of Australia in March 2023. He is also responsible for spearheading PERIFA’s strategic plan where quality and confidence remain at the heart and forefront of every project.

As the founder and chairman of Versatile Group, PERIFA’s parent company, Marco has spent 20 years building a portfolio of over 10 businesses involved in various aspects of the construction supply chain.
